Sanjeev is the Managing Partner for GCX and leads the International Marketing Practice. He is also the Founder – Director of Instock Australia. He brings over 30 years of well distributed and rich cross-functional business experience in B2B and B2C markets across Asia Pacific working at senior management positions for blue chip companies like the Westpac Group, American Express, Godfrey Phillips and Dabur. Sanjeev’s industry experience spans across Banking and Financial services, FMCG, OTC Healthcare, Advertising and Entertainment. Sanjeev is one of the co-founders of GCX Group and founder of Instock Australia.

Sanjeev currently consults on Business Strategy, Research and Insights and Process for new cross border clients and start-ups, including assisting them with funding related to Private Equity referrals.
He has successfully launched market leading consumer and payment products in markets in Asia Pacific, set up the Disney Merchandise Licensing business in India that saw him working with a vast range of product categories from Apparels, Homewares, Music, Food, Stationery to Sporting Goods and even manufactured and sourced products from China. Widely travelled and versatile with product market entry strategies, he inimitably blends this with his vast practical experience and market insights.
With an MBA and a post graduate in international business from India’s premier Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Sanjeev brings international business nous with strong foundations resting on product markets, cross-cultural and multicultural awareness and training. Through his professional career he has received several awards and accolades.
His roles have seen him launch new products and brands, manage large multicultural sales and marketing teams with varied mandates – work on product/market entry strategies, develop new products, work on joint ventures, negotiate various third party vendor contracts and improve internal processes for revenue enhancement and cost containment.

Westpac Group – Strategy, product marketing and portfolio lead for Consumer and SME business credit cards in Australia
American Express – Omni channel sales and distribution lead in India for payment products
Godfrey Phillips – Business development and diversification lead, who introduced the Greenfield Walt Disney licensing business in India, looked at various JV opportunities including those with Estee Lauder, Shiseido and several other products
Dabur India – Marketing lead for healthcare over-the-counter (OTC) and skin care products, where he managed and launched several products in India
